How to place an order online

1.   Select items you want and add to your cart.

2.   Click on “view cart” to see what is in the cart. If you need more items, click on “Continue shopping” and add more items to your cart.

3.   Once you have everything you need in your cart, enter the State and ZIP code. The system will work with FedEx and UPS to calculate the shipping cost. FedEx and UPS’ rates are pre-negotiated to 50% of typical shipping costs.

4.  Select FedEx or UPS as your shipping method, and the system will calculate total cost, including shipping

5. Once you are ready, you click on “Proceed to checkout.”

6. If you have already registered as a customer, you can click the “Sign In” button.

7. If you are not registered, click on “Welcome – Login-Register” button on the top of the page, and enter your information.

8. After registration, continue to checkout.

9. During the checkout process, the system will ask you to enter a delivery date. Select the desired delivery date from the calendar provided.

10. Under payment method, enter your credit card information. The credit card is processed by a secured credit card processing company called Authorized Net in the US, and Evalon, in Canada. No data are stored on our site. All credit card data are stored and processed by Authorized Net or Evalon.
